Basically, you need LINE App to use the service, but we have many users who live outside of Japan who do not have LINE App.
If you do not have LINE App, please purchase the plan of your choice below.
Please make a note or screenshot of the 4-digit number on the screen after purchase, and enter the number into the electronic lock in front of the door.
If you have more than one person using the service, please purchase the number of people when you select the number of units.
The number changes every day, so please do not purchase several days in advance.
If you purchase day use plan, please buy every day.
And, we find any fraudulent use, we will charge you 20,000 yen.
If you forgot a note or screenshot of the 4-digit number, please purchase again and notify us that you made two payments to the following e-mail address.
As soon as confirmed, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
